The North Highlands Jr Scots  Youth Football/CHEER  organization is a non-profit volunteer association dedicated to providing financial and organizational support to the children of North Highlands and instilling the benefits of teamwork and fair play. In 2024 we have partnered up with the North Highlands Park & Recreation to offer a better solution for our registration process.
